Kaya Clinic vouchers T&C

How will you receive the voucher if you’re eligible:

• Place an order for Rs. 1999+ or 3999+ on the Kaya website.
• You’ll get an order confirmation email along with an email confirming that your coupon code will be shared with you post-delivery. This email will be sent to the ID you used while placing the order.
• Once the order is delivered, the coupon code will be shared with you via another email on the same ID. The coupon code shared via the email can then be redeemed at Kaya clinic physical outlets.

Terms & Conditions for free facial voucher redemption:

• Offer is valid on Dermat Consultation, Kaya Signature Face Therapy Ultra Rejuve KIT 1S.
• Voucher to be availed prior to expiry date mentioned on the voucher. Valid till 20th July 2025.
• Voucher is applicable across all Kaya clinics.
• Customer needs to take both the offers in single billing. There is no minimum bill value for Voucher redemption.
• Voucher will not be re-issued under any circumstances.
• Clubbing of promotions is not allowed other than what is mentioned on the Gift Voucher.
• Redemption against part payment is not allowed.
• Voucher cannot be encashed for cash.
• Voucher cannot be transferred.
• Amount over & above voucher code value will be borne by the customer.
• Kaya makes full efforts to accept the Voucher, but on account of any technical/administrative reasons, our clinic may refuse to accept the same.
• Kaya reserves the right to withdraw the offer/voucher before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
• Any dispute shall be governed by Indian law and jurisdiction shall be Mumbai.
• Kaya reserves final authority on the interpretation of these T&C.

• Any dispute related to the Voucher should be referred to us and Kaya's decision shall be final.
