Shipping Policy

We always try our best to ship your order on the same day or within 24 hours of you placing it. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment details. Under normal circumstances, your order will reach you within 7-10 working days.

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible! Free shipping is available on orders above Rs 699. Below that, a nominal Rs 100 charge will be applicable. 
Cash on Delivery is available for orders amounting upto Rs 3000. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal charge of ₹50 will be applied. 

Please note that refunds are available exclusively for prepaid orders; we are unable to process refunds on COD purchases under any circumstances. This approach allows us to maintain efficient service standards and provide you with the best possible experience.

If you have any queries/concerns related to your shipment, please contact our support team customercare@kayascience.com within 24 hours of receiving the product/s.

Return policy

We’re sure you’ll never want to return our product. However, in the unfortunate event the product/s you have received is damaged/wrong, a refund can be filed with us within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

In case of receiving a damaged/wrong product, simply send an email to customercare@kayascience.com with photos of invoice and an unboxing video & images of the product indicating damage, along with your order number. Please note, without these video/image requirements, we will be unable to proceed with your request. We will respond to your email within 24 hours and initiate the refund process of your original amount.  

Currently, we only offer returns exclusively for prepaid orders which will get refunded through our payment gateway.

Refund policy

Refunds are available strictly for prepaid orders only, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction process for you. Your refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days of us receiving the refund request and authorizing the refund.

Your refund will be credited to the account used for the payment of your order, an estimated 4-8 days after initiation. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit will depend on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

Order Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse, simply drop an email to customercare@kayascience.com to let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.

Alternatively, you can log into your profile on our website, go to ‘Your Orders’ where you can find the cancellation button. Please note, the option will only be available till the time the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.

Your refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days of us receiving the refund request and authorizing the refund. Even if you’ve pre-paid, be assured that we’ll refund the amount to you.
